Notes to be mindful of:

  • Players past history maybe reviewed during disciplinary reviews.
  • Suspended players are not allowed within the arena facilities during their suspensions. 
  • Suspensions and their fines carry over from previous seasons.
  • If the Team where the suspension happened are not registered to play in the next season but the player is playing with another team they can select to serve the suspension there.
  • Only Registered players can serve suspensions.

All 3 game and above suspendable penalities are submitted to OBHF for review and final decision. 

If any players wish to appeal the OBHF decision, they can do so by visiting the OBHF website https://ontarioballhockeyfederation.ca/appeal-process/

Any Game Misconduct and/or Gross Misconducts are handled by the league and are not subject to appeal.
